An investment in a money market fund is not insured or guaranteed by the FDIC or any other government agency. Although money market funds strive to preserve the value of the investment at $1.00 per share, it is possible to lose money by investing in a money market fund. Performance may reflect the waiver of a portion of the fund's fees and/or reimbursement of certain expenses. If fees had not been waived and certain expenses were not reimbursed, the 7-day SEC yield would have been -1.87% Voluntary waivers and/or reimbursement may be discontinued or modified at any time without notice.

In addition to the waivers described in the Annual Fund Operating Expenses table within the Fund's prospectus, the Fund's adviser, administrator and distributor (the Service Providers) have voluntarily agreed to waive fees and/or reimburse expenses to the extent total annual operating expenses of Institutional Class Shares (excluding acquired fund fees and expenses, dividend expenses related to short sales, interest, taxes, expenses related to litigation and potential litigation, extraordinary expenses and expenses related to the Board of Trustees' deferred compensation plan) exceed 0.03% of the Fund's average daily net assets.

The Service Providers have agreed to maintain these waivers and/or expense reimbursements until July 1, 2015, after which, these waivers and/or expense reimbursements will become voluntary and may be discontinued or modified at any time without any prior notice.

2The distribution factor displayed is a one day factor except for the business day preceding weekends and holidays, in which case a multiple day distribution factor will be displayed. For additional details, please refer to the Daily Rates Blastfax.

The Net Assets, Weighted Average Maturity (WAM (days)) and Weighted Average Life (WAL (days)) are based on calculations as of 3pm EST.

Total return assumes reinvestment of dividends and capital gains distributions and reflects the deduction of any sales charges, where applicable. Performance may reflect the waiver of a portion of the Fund's advisory or administrative fees and/or reimbursement of certain expenses for certain periods since the inception date. If fees had not been waived and/or certain expenses were not reimbursed, performance would have been less favorable.
